Chancellor Barnhart wants to hear from you. Your ideas, concerns, and feedback matter. You can tell the Chancellor what you are thinking and contribute to administration policies in the following ways:

Meet with the Chancellor

Since becoming Chancellor in February 2014, Chancellor Barnhart has spent a lot of time meeting with students. You can meet with the Chancellor about any topic you want.

Engaging with the administration is the best way to make sure your voice is heard. Please let us know what’s on your mind by emailing or scheduling a meeting. Here’s how:

  • Email your views, concerns, and ideas to AllThingsStudents@mit.edu.
  • Request a 15-minute meeting with the Chancellor by completing the office hours meeting request formNote: You must be a currently enrolled MIT student with an active certificate installed on your computer or mobile device to submit the form.

The Data

Everything we do at MIT is informed by data. You can find The Data for the Chancellor’s initiatives right here. What do you make of them? We want to know. Send your input to TheData@mit.edu.

Polling Station

The Data tells us a lot but it doesn’t tell us everything. Take this quick poll to help us dig a little deeper into recent student survey results and fill in knowledge gaps. Your responses will help us come up with solutions together.
